Priority is given to our regular clients, and availability is based on storm tracking, safety conditions, and access limitations.
Pre-Storm Preparation Services
Before a storm or hurricane is expected, we offer proactive services to help secure your home. These can include:
Bringing in or securing outdoor furniture and décor
Checking and closing shutters or storm panels
Moving packages or mail indoors
Securing windows and doors
Taking pre-storm photos of property conditions for documentation
Verifying backup power systems (if applicable)
Turning off water supply if requested
Pre-storm services are available on a first-come, first-served basis and should be scheduled as early as possible once a storm is projected.
Post-Storm Assessment Services
Once the storm has passed and it is safe to access your property, we perform a comprehensive post-storm inspection to check for:
Roof damage, debris, or fallen limbs
Water intrusion around windows, doors, or ceilings
Flooding, standing water, or plumbing concerns
Power loss, HVAC or appliance issues
Structural or exterior damage
Condition of landscaping, fencing, pool, and outdoor areas
Immediate concerns needing vendor response
We’ll provide detailed reports with photos and a summary of any findings and help coordinate repairs if necessary.
