Ponte Vedra Home Watch, a division of CrossView Property Management, was created to meet the needs of second-home owners, seasonal residents, frequent travelers, and homeowners who simply want a trusted local presence while they’re away.

Since 2018, our team has cared for homes throughout Northeast Florida with a focus on communication, attention to detail, and responsible stewardship. Our property management experience gives us a unique understanding of homes, maintenance concerns, vendors, and the importance of identifying visible issues before they have additional time to worsen.

When you trust us with your home, you’re not just hiring someone to stop by—you’re gaining a local team that knows your property and is here when you need us.

CALEAYA MILLER

DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

  • Caleaya brings more than seven years of property management experience to the CrossView team, with extensive knowledge of property maintenance, vendor coordination, operations, and homeowner communication.

    Her attention to detail and ability to recognize property concerns make her an important part of our Home Watch services. Behind the scenes, Caleaya helps ensure our team has the systems, resources, and trusted vendors needed to respond when something at a client's home requires attention.

    Known for her calm approach and strong communication, Caleaya understands how important it is for homeowners—especially those who are hundreds of miles away—to know that someone local is paying attention.

    Outside of CrossView, Caleaya enjoys volunteering with organizations including The Salvation Army and Palm Avenue Exceptional Student Center.

TARA COLE

BUSINESS MANAGER

  • A Jacksonville native, Tara has been part of the CrossView team since 2018 and plays an important role in keeping our day-to-day operations organized and running smoothly.

    As Business Manager, Tara helps oversee the systems, processes, and administrative details that support our Home Watch clients and field team. Her focus on organization and consistency helps ensure homeowners receive dependable service, clear communication, and accurate information about their properties.

    Having lived in Northeast Florida throughout her life, Tara also understands the unique challenges local homes face—from Florida's heat and humidity to storms and extended periods of vacancy.

JENNIFER HENDRY

FOUNDER/STEWARD

  • Jennifer Hendry founded CrossView Property Management in 2018 after more than 15 years in real estate and real estate investing. As CrossView grew, she recognized another need among Northeast Florida homeowners: trusted, professional oversight for homes left vacant while their owners traveled, lived elsewhere, or transitioned between residences.

    That need led CrossView to expand into professional Home Watch services.

    Jennifer believes caring for someone's home is ultimately an act of stewardship. Homeowners are trusting the CrossView team with one of their most valuable assets, and she believes that responsibility should be handled with integrity, attention to detail, and consistent communication.

    CrossView is an Accredited Member of the National Home Watch Association, and Jennifer's experience in real estate and property management gives the team a strong understanding of property care, maintenance concerns, vendor coordination, and the realities of owning a home from a distance.

    Her goal is simple: to build a Home Watch company homeowners can confidently call when they need a trusted set of eyes on their Northeast Florida home.

LISA McMANUS

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

  • After spending 27 years in education, Lisa brought her organization, patience, and heart for serving others to CrossView.

    As Executive Assistant, Lisa supports both our team and our clients, helping coordinate the many details that keep our Home Watch services running smoothly. Whether she's assisting with communication, scheduling, documentation, or an unexpected homeowner need, Lisa helps make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

    Lisa is a mother of five and grandmother of nine. She enjoys crafting and singing with a local women's chorale, and her faith in Christ is an important part of her life and her passion for serving others.

    Originally from Alabama, Lisa has called Jacksonville home for more than 34 years.
