CrossView Property Management expanded to offer home watch services in response to the growing needs of seasonal residents, frequent travelers, and second-home owners who wanted peace of mind while away. We recognized a gap in reliable, trustworthy oversight for unoccupied homes and saw an opportunity to extend our commitment to care, communication, and stewardship. With our proven property management experience and local presence, offering home watch services was a natural extension of our mission to protect and maintain the value of every home entrusted to us.

CALEAYA MILLER

DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

  • Caleaya has over seven years of dedicated service in the property management industry. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated an exceptional aptitude for streamlining operations, optimizing resources, and delivering outstanding results. Her unwavering commitment to excellence has cemented her reputation as a reliable and trusted professional in the field.

    Caleaya's expertise spans a wide spectrum, encompassing areas such as property maintenance, tenant relations, lease negotiations, and financial management. Her keen attention to detail ensures that properties under her supervision are meticulously maintained and adhere to the highest standards of quality.

    What truly distinguishes Caleaya is her exceptional interpersonal skills and innate ability to build robust relationships with both tenants and property owners. She recognizes the significance of clear and effective communication, always ensuring her availability to address concerns, provide guidance, and cultivate a positive and harmonious living environment.

    Outside of her professional life, Caleaya is an avid volunteer, dedicating her time to organizations like The Salvation Army and Palm Avenue Exceptional Student Center, where she supports disabled students and imparts practical life skills.

BUSINESS MANAGER

  • Tara Cole, a native of Jacksonville, has been working at CrossView Property Management since 2018. She has been an integral part of improving the policies and procedures which have helped to raise the bar on the level of service we provide. Tara currently lives in Middleburg with her husband and three children.

  • Jennifer Hendry is the Broker and Steward of CrossView Property Management, proudly serving Duval, Clay, and St. Johns Counties since 2018. With over 15 years of real estate and investment experience, Jennifer founded CrossView to offer a more personalized, goal-oriented approach to residential property management—one rooted in trust, communication, and results.

    As a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the National Home Watch Association (NHWA), Jennifer holds herself to the highest standards of ethical property management. She has also led the company to local recognition from the Jacksonville Business Journal and Expertise.com as one of Jacksonville’s Best Property Management Companies.

LISA McMANUS

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

  • Lisa spent 27 years in the field of education and has been a huge asset to CrossView. She is the support for the team at CrossView and is here to do whatever she can to make your transaction smooth.

    Lisa is a mother of 5 and a grandmother to nine great-kids. She loves to craft and sing in a local women’s chorale. Singing is great for the soul. Her faith in Christ is what keeps her grounded and gives her a passion to serve. She is originally from Alabama but has lived in Jacksonville for 34 years.
